Personal Non-Exclusive License
The Personal Non-Exclusive License is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. It can be applied to personal projects across various formats, including apps, e-books, software, websites, books, magazines, packaging, and posters. It cannot be used for end products intended for sale. Your download includes a high-resolution, perfectly cut, seamless repeat as a flattened JPEG file.
Commercial Non-Exclusive License
The Commercial Non-Exclusive License allows you to create end products for sale for a period of three years. Your download includes a high-resolution, layered Photoshop PSD or Illustrator Vector AI file, each color placed on its own separate layer. The design file is delivered as a perfectly cut, seamless repeat tile. With this license, you may use the design on physical products for sale—such as clothing, t-shirts, homeware, stationery, accessories, posters, postcards, and other commercial merchandise—throughout the three-year term.
Commercial Unlimited Non-Exclusive License
The Commercial Unlimited Non-Exclusive License allows you to create an unlimited number of end products for sale with no time restrictions. Your download includes a high-resolution, layered Photoshop PSD or Illustrator Vector AI file, each color placed on its own separate layer. The design file is delivered as a perfectly cut, seamless repeat tile. This license permits the design to be used on physical products for sale—such as clothing, t-shirts, homeware, stationery, accessories, posters, postcards, and other commercial merchandise—without any limits on production quantity or duration.
What’s not permitted – Duplication, sub-licensing, resale, or uploading to any print-on-demand or drop-shipping platforms. Using DenesAnnaDesign in pornographic, fraudulent, obscene, immoral, infringing, illegal, blasphemous, or defamatory material.
