🧵 Personal & Non-Profit Use (Accessible & Sustainable Tiers)

If you downloaded or purchased this pattern under the Accessible Tier or Sustainable Tier, this file is strictly for personal, hobby, and non-profit use only.

You ARE allowed to: Sew items for yourself, or make garments as gifts or for non-profit/charity projects.

You ARE NOT allowed to: Sell physical items made from this pattern, use the pattern to make money, or use it for any commercial purposes.  

💼 Small Business Use (Supporter Tier Only)

If you purchased this pattern under the Supporter Tier, you have been granted a Limited Commercial License.

You ARE allowed to: Sew and sell finished physical items made from this pattern on a small, one person home-based business scale (e.g., your own Etsy shop, local craft markets, or individual custom orders).  

Production Limit: Mass production, factory manufacturing, or wholesale to large corporations is strictly prohibited. For large-scale manufacturing rights, please contact me directly for an extended licensing agreement at: support@denesannadesign.com.  

🚫 Digital File Restrictions (Applies to ALL Tiers)

The digital files (including the pattern pieces, instructions, tutorial text, and images) are the intellectual property of Denes Anna Design.

Sharing is Prohibited: You may not copy, resell, redistribute, sub-license, alter, or share the PDF files, printing files, or instructions with anyone else, either digitally or in print. One purchase/download equals one user.  

Do Not Copy/Abuse: You may not use any part of this pattern to create your own sewing patterns for sale or distribution.

While you cannot share the file itself, you are highly encouraged and warmly welcome to share the link to my website! If a friend, student, or fellow maker loves your finished product, please send them directly to www.denesannadesign.com so they can download their own copy using the tier that best fits their budget.

If you are a small business selling items under the Supporter Tier, giving credit to Denes Anna Design: @denesannadesign in your online listings is greatly appreciated, but not required!

Due to the instant, digital nature of these products, all sales and downloads are final. Once the files have been downloaded or emailed to you, I cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
